Triangle pose<posture>
Step your feet wide apart
Turn your left foot out and your right foot litte bit in
As you breathe in, extend your arms out to the side,
palms are facing down
Lift your chest and drop your shoulder down
As you exhale, look over your left midle finger and
reach up over your left leg and your right hip go out
Take an inhale, lengthen over litte bit more
As you exhale, take your left hand on to your left leg and
just let it slide down as far as you can
With your inhale, role your chest toward the ceiling,
send your gaze at right middle finger.
If you have any neck issues, you can always look down at your left foot
